German Operational Procurement Buyer

Descrição/Funções Your opportunity- Process purchase orders and follow up on the execution;- Monitor deliveries and any past due shipments;- Manage the day to day contact with internal and external interfaces;- Follow up on issues and complaints;- Give support in operational tasks and back office;- Establish collaborative and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers;- Ensuring compliance with all processes and procedures for purchasing goods and services;- Give inputs and feedback regarding supplier performance.Update Master Data in SAP systemIdentify areas for improvement in processes and systems Requisitos Your profile- Fluency in German and English is mandatory;- Recognized qualification at university degree level is a plus;- Two or three years of experience in a similar position within Purchasing is a plus;- SAP knowledge is a plus;- Team work ability;- Computer proficiency;- Extreme organization and efficiency in workload planning; Oferece-se - Direct contract with the client;- Base salary meal allowance;- 4 times per month at the office (Lavradio, Barreiro);- MON-FRI 9h-18h.
