KYND is about to change that. KYND's innovative, industry-first, and proprietary cyber risk management technology enables all businesses to easily monitor and understand their cyber risks, take action when necessary, and be alerted to future risks as they arise. KYND's cyber risk products provide businesses of all sizes with a simple, easy-to-use, and cost-effective solution, bringing cyber risk management into the core of every business. We are looking for a full-stack Javascript developer to join our engineering team. We are a small team (around 8 developers), but we are looking to grow. We want someone who has solid exposure to Node.js and React. Someone who can be productive and work independently, but we're also expecting them to be still learning and developing, and we're happy to provide support and supervision for that. The role will likely lean more towards the backend, but some aspects of front-end development (React) will also be involved. Day-to-day, you'll be hands-on engineering, helping to refine and scope tickets, grabbing other engineers for ad hoc chats/pairing sessions, or checking in with our product team to get clarification on a feature. Main requirements - You have at least 3 years of proven experience in software development with a focus on the backend using Node.js ; - Solid experience in JavaScript; - At least 3 years of experience using React and Node.JS; - You have experience working with Typescript and other modern frameworks and libraries; - Experience in building solutions on top of AWS, such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3 or others; - Experience deploying serverless tools with the AWS environment; - Experienced with RESTful API integration; - Knowledge of SQL databases. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
