French Travel Insurance Advisor

Salary:  basic gross p/m Euro 1183 + Euro 100 p/m performance bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday 8am to 10pm
Relocation: flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/m
The Company Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit French Travel Insurance Advisors.
The Role As a French Travel Insurance Advisor you will be working for a very well-known online travel agent that offer last-minute hotel deals in the US, Europe, Japan and Australia. You will receive incoming requests from travellers via phone and email in regards to their travel insurance policy. Problem solving, assisting the customer in an efficient manner is important in this role. This is a versatile and bilingual role where you will assist both English and French speaking customers.
