For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit French Technical Support Advisors.The RoleAs a Technical Support Advisor you will represent a global technology brand. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, emails and chat and will answer qeneral Inquiries and solve any technical issues they might experience with their voice assistant device. First time resolution, taking ownership and customer satisfaction are very much important in this role. This will suit someone who has an interest in technology and who likes to troubleshoot.RequirementsFluent French and EnglishPrevious Customer service or technical support experience desiredAbility to multi-task IT literate, interest in new technologiesSalary and benefitsCompetitive monthly gross salary of Euro 890 (x 14)+ Euro 100 (x12) p/m fixed bonus potential plus performance bonus potential of 120 euro p/m (x12) plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher Fully paid training is provided.
