Role: French speaking Online Banking Advisor
Salary: gross monthly salary around 970 euro gross p/m + Euro 150 p/m performance bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher and 20 Euro transport allowance p/m
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week, rotational between Monday - Friday 08.00 – 17:00
The Company Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful city in Braga, they are looking to recruit French speaking Customer Advisors for their online banking project.
The Role As a French speaking Customer Advisor, you will represent a very well-known online bank. You will be the first point of contact for business customers via phone, email, and live chat and will answer general queries in regards to the banking ap, account information, transfers etc. This is a versatile role that involves both front and back office tasks.
