French Insurance Customer Advisor

Salary:  basic gross p/m approx Euro 1100 + Euro 100 p/m bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week between Monday - Friday 07:30 – 20:00
Relocation: flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/m
The Company Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit : French Insurance Customer Advisor.
The Role As a : French Insurance Customer Advisor you will represent a well-known insurance company. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat and will answer qeneral quiries in regards to insurance policies, provide information, update customer details on policies and make changes where needed. This is a versatile role where you will also have a lot of back office administration duties.
