The Company Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful city in Braga, they are looking to recruit French Coffee Customer Advisor.
The Role As a French Coffee Customer Advisor, you will represent a famous brand for home coffee machines, coffee capsules, and coffee accessories. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat and will answer general queries in regards to the coffee machines, provide information in regards to the various tastes of coffee pods they have to offer, and solve any issues the customer is experiencing. This is a versatile role that would suit anyone who likes their coffee!
