Food & Beverage Cross Training (June, July And August 2024)

Our interns will be the face of Cucumbi and will carry out the daily operations in several areas of the hotel, mostly focusing of F&B.Tasks include:- Greeting guests upon arrival- Tour guests around property (introducing establishment norms and schedules)- Mise-en-place & service of meals (buffet & à la carte) during breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.- Assist in product control and organization in back of the house area- Ensure the cleanliness and standards of decoration in the work space- Apply up-selling techniques- Effectively handle customer concerns
Candidates are required to bring passion for hospitality and a drive to create the best guest experience possible, whilst understanding and mastering service skills.Profile:- Ability to communicate about the hotel & property- Strong problem solving skills and adaptability- Capacity to work under pressure- High service orientation and attention to detail- Excellent communication skills- Good team working ability- F&B service knowledge and practice
