Then, we have the perfect job for you in our Procurement team in Porto as a Fleet Process Management Specialist. Join us!As a Fleet Process Management Specialist, you will be contributing to the development of fleet processes, understanding legal obligations, documenting, and communicating them, while aligning with fleet providers, HR, and Labor Relations counterparts.In your new role you will:Define, document, and optimize all fleet-related processes, considering all internal (, Policy owner, HR, ACT) and external interfaces as well as legal obligations;Work on the development of conceptsfor the various fleet modelsandtheir updating in policies(, development of car policies in coordination with policy owner and Labor relations);Be responsible forproviding global/local process design, methods, or projectswith significantimpact on the global/local Procurement organizationto foster effectiveness and efficiency;Outsource fleet processes to external providers, as well asdocument and monitor them(, KPI and SLA definition);Observe the market,expand your know-how,exchange information,andresearch findings, in particular on tax, labor law, and fleet-specific topicswhile following general trends(, green fleet) andevaluating their relevancefor fleet management at Infineon;Support tendersfor the purpose of negotiating company conditions with various suppliersin the leasing environment(, leasing companies, vehicle manufacturers, vehicle dealers, etc.);Beregularly reviewing and optimizing the cost situation in fleet managementby designing the ordering channels in collaboration with the leasing companies, ordering via SAP, checking the vehicle configuration for policy compliance, and executing the orders;Create and distribute fleet-relevant information for employeesin the form of mailings, circulars, information events, intranet presentations of a general nature or legal, tax changes or new regulations in the car policies nature;Act as an enabler for Procurementdriving the best-in-class processes, methods, and tools andact as the main interface to all relevant stakeholdersin and outside Procurement/Infineon aligning requirements, demands/requests, and priorities and consulting on improvements/standards or providing training.You have a self-driven working style, being able to work independently and structure your own work. As a real team player, you are able to quickly establish successful cooperation within an international environment and grow sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders. It is easy for you to push ideas to their full implementation and application. You like to work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient and it is easy for you to find solutions in complex environments.
