Responsibilities: Reporting to the FP&A Manager, as the Cost Control Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing the leadership team with essential information to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities include:
Budget Management and Cost Approval Workflow Act as the gatekeeper for corporate expenses and overhead costs to ensure compliance with policy and budget constraintsDesign and manage the cost approval workflow, collaborating with department heads to make sure we have an effective and fast decision processBe the approver of all employees' business expenses and overhead costs to ensure adherence to expense policies and budgetRegularly review country-specific policies and budget allocations, recommending adjustments to align with business needs Analysis & Reporting:
Review general ledgers for each country to ensure proper allocation of costsCreate detailed reports for each cost type to assess progress against the budget and anticipate potential deviations, enabling proactive interventionDevelop and maintain relevant KPIsCollaborate with operations to identify and track cost-saving initiatives Additional Responsibilities:
