Descrição The main responsibilities will be:Statutory Accounts; Management Accounts(MA) / Controlling; Budgeting and forecasting; Treasury and funding; Rental fleet management; Working Capital / Credit Control and Purchase Ledger. Perfil ideal The ideal candidate will have:Suitable financial qualifications; Qualified by extensive experience in leading teams of people; Suitable education background; IFRS knowledge;Effective Communication skills; Financial management and leadership experience; People management skills; Significant management experience as CFO in a context of sales and operations business; Customer Awareness;Commercial Understanding; Judgement and Decision Making; A qualified and experienced finance leader who is highly involved and visible at all levels; An organised and structure leader who has the ability to develop those around them; Ability to have a meaningful input to company strategy and direction; Ability to meet challenging deadlines, across multiple projects; Ability to manage competing demands; Good communication skills both written and verbal; High Level of confidentiality and accuracy.
