Responsibilities Financial Planning and AnalysisDevelop and maintain financial tools to support budgeting and forecastingAnalyse financial data and present insights to aid in decision-makingManage accurate and timely financial statements/reports in close collaboration with the external accounting companyEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsPlan and manage the Grants' financial componentBudget ManagementAssist in the preparation and monitoring of Financial budgetsManage the SIFIDE process and monthly executionAccounts Payable and ReceivableOversee invoicing, payment processing, and collectionsReconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness in close collaboration with the external accounting companyAudit and ComplianceWork closely with auditor company during internal and external auditsImplement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity.Cash Flow ManagementMonitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvementsManage banking relationships and transactionsRequirements & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
