Our client is an international company focused on luxury interior design projects. With offices in Portugal, but working for the entire world, they wish to expand their team with a new person in order to meet market demands and keep growing. Design of private retail interior spaces, focusing on furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) selections Meetings and coordinating with procurement and retail teams to provided detailed specifications Principais responsabilidades Design of private retail interior spaces, focusing on furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) selections Meetings and coordinating with procurement and retail teams to provided detailed specifications Analysis and evaluation of suppliers proposals Understanding of color & design trends, materials, finishes, and furniture manufacturing processes to assess product quality and make informed and targeted proposals and ensure specified products meet established standards Ability to specify materials and finishes with precision, considering design intent and project requirements as well as proactively proposing alternates based on factors such as discontinuations, budget constraints, or changes in design intent Maintaining close involvement in the purchasing and scheduling of FF&E arrivals to ensure a seamless integration with project milestones Perfil desejado Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating residential/retail interior design, particularly FF&E Fluent in portuguese and english Organized, detail-oriented, collaborative team player Great knowledge in AutoCad, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) Additionally, SketchUp is a plus (not mandatory, but advantageous) Knowledge of colors, materials, finishes, and furniture manufacturing processes Benefícios adicionais Oportunity to be a part of an international company with very interesting projects.
