As Facility & Building Technical Coordinator, you are not afraid to animate meetings, escalate alerts and foster decision-making.Be a part of our team of solvers where you will (specific responsibilities include but are not limited to):Manage problem solving for technical & security troubleshooting & helpdesk;Manage all administrative tasks (orders, inventories, reporting, cost & budget control, analyses);Manage the security of the site, access control and access request for all parties with the associated instructions and procedures;Develop, maintain and communicate safety and health plans, alert, alarm, intervention and evacuation plans including the preparation, organization and conduction of evacuation drills and manage and monitor first-aid and fire-drill trainings. If you have/are …At least 3-5 years?of previous relevant Facility management experience including building & security systems (HVAC, mechanical, electrical & security systems, repair and maintenance); Ability to interact diplomatically with faculty (at all levels), in Portuguese and in English.
