The Non Fungible Conference (NFC) is a leading event in the Web3 and NFT space, known for its innovative approach to blending art, technology, and immersive experiences. Based in the culturally rich city of Lisbon, NFC is at the forefront of the digital revolution, reshaping how events are conceived and experienced in the Web3 era.We are seeking an experienced Event Planner to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of a large-scale conference. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing significant events and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all event activities. Develop and manage the event budget, ensuring cost-effective spending. Coordinate with various departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Manage timelines and resolve any issues that may arise during the event planning and execution stages. Oversee the selection of venues, catering, entertainment, transportation, and other event services. Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety obligations Requirements Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in tech, art, or related fields. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation. Familiarity with the NFT and Web3 spaces is not required. Fluency in English and portuguese
