As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries over the phone, in accordance with service standards and procedures, in order to provide excellence and quality service to our customers. Daily Responsibilities:• Respond to customer inquiries by phone;• Provide information regarding reported requests;• Be the face of our client to our customers and partners.To be successful, you will need to have:• You have experience in customer relations in a wide variety of situations. We expect you to excel in English, be naturally task oriented and be a friendly person.• Strong people skills and customer focus;• Ability to prioritize tasks;• Organizational and problem solving skills;• Availability to work on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (8:00 hours per day);• Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory);• Access to fiber internet, fixed telephone network and a cable network also suitable for remote work.• Must have European citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.• Education to grade 12 or equivalent;Benefits :• Base salary 968€ + Monthly Bonus up to 375€ + Meal allowance 9,60€/day .• Paid professional training;• Employment contract;• Fun and interesting initiatives within the company;• Job stability• Dynamic and pleasant work environment;• Strong possibility of career development.Are you interested?
