Grow with us, show off your skills, build your career path, and enjoy every moment in a people-focused global company.What you'll be doing at WebhelpAs an  English-Speaking Team Leader for B2B Sales Team,  you will:Supervise, monitor and develop a team of Customer Advisors.Closely monitor the SLA's and KPI's of the project.Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team.Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance.Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication cultureHave a unique opportunity to start working in a consolidated market where you can directly contribute to the company's fast-paced growth and internal progress in different job positions.We'll be a great match if you:Have a high level of EnglishHave at least 1 year of experience in Team Management (mandatory)Have at least 6 month experience in cold calling for salesHave In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI's)Have Good IT skills, especially in MS ExcelHave excellent communication and leadership skillsIt would be a plus if you:Have good interpersonal and communication skills, including strong collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skillsAre skilled in compiling and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources with strong attention to detailAre self-driven, adaptable, and a reliable team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.If you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
