Find what you are looking for at Concentrix + Webhelp!About WebhelpWebhelpis a French multinational BPO company that is making business more human for the world's most exciting brands.Bychoosing Webhelp,you will be part of a community of over 120,000 game-changers from more than 140 locations in 60 countries.Join us atWebhelpand you will have the opportunity to be part of a multicultural team, a fast-pacedenvironment,and a diverse pool of engaging projects for some of the most progressive B2C and B2B brands worldwide.What you'll be doing at WebhelpAs an English-Speaking Account Manager, you will:• Independently handle and upkeep the current accounts of debtors from European countries• Engage in correspondence with our global clients to ensure effective communication and relationship-building.• Reach out to customers through phone or written communication to address uncertainties related to unpaid invoices and facilitate resolutions.• Record and document all discussions and agreements within the designated system to maintain a comprehensive and organized record.• Propose and negotiate payment terms and installment agreements tailored to the specific customer portfolio assigned to you.• Actively contribute your own insights, ideas, and experiences to enhance the overall effectiveness of the team and processes.We'll be a great match if you:• Have a high level of English (oral and written)• Are rigorous and organized and have an aptitude for working with numerical data• Have the ability to retain information• Have interpersonal skills in an international environment• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (excel, outlook, word, ..)• Have an affinity with effective communication through telephone calls, showing persuasive skills and the ability to succinctly convey key points in conversationsIf you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
