Engineering Project Manager

Openbook Engineering is seeking an experienced and skilled project manager to join our team.
Job Description
As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and build projects at Openbook.
Responsibilities
– Plan, schedule, organize, and oversee design and build projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
– Manage relationships with subcontractors, supervise ongoing work, and ensure high-quality execution.
– Supervise and coordinate work teams, materials, and equipment involved in the project.
– Conduct measurements and prepare project budgets.
– Control project costs and expenditures.
– Implement strategies to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to quality standards.
– Monitor and report on project progress, addressing issues or delays promptly.
Abilities
– Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience after graduation in a related field.
– Experience in CAD software programs.
– Knowledge of languages, including fluency in English will be a plus.
– Driver's license.
