The company that you will work forLogistics Company offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to make a significant impact on the company's technological transformation and growth.Your new mission Demonstrate a deep understanding of system architecture to ensure the efficiency and scalability of IT infrastructure.Lead and mentor a team of 8 professionals, providing guidance and support to streamline reporting structures and enhance team performance.Assist in the management of IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Interact with clients and external partners to understand their needs and facilitate communication between legacy systems and newly developed software solutions.Oversee technical support activities, including helpdesk operations, IT support for internal and external clients, and integration between client systems and internal software.
