Your mission 3PL/EDI SUPPORTIncident Management, key user support and end user support: monitoring, daily EDI traffic data investigation and resolution of critical issues affecting business;Support key users with highly complex tasks within business environments. Perform checks on all EDI standard messages and, when requested, perform EDI mappings;3PL/EDI PROJECT MANAGEMENTManage project aspects: scope, change control, planning and follow-up which englobes defining project requirements, based on meetings with customers, defining the planning schedule for developments and testing;EDI client's rollout in a multicultural environment;Implementation of data communication channels (AS2 and SFTP);Deliver business requirements and performing end-to-end testing with worldwide Pierre Fabre subsidiaries;Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system for EDI-related issues.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EDI transactions, data mapping, translation errors, and connectivity problems.Collaborate with internal teams, including development and implementation teams, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.Assist clients with EDI software installation, configuration, and upgrades.Conduct training sessions for clients on EDI software usage and best practices.Maintain documentation of support processes, troubleshooting steps, and client interactions.Continuously monitor EDI systems for performance issues and proactively identify areas for improvement.Who you are ?TECH SKILLSExperienced Senior Consultant with 18+ years working in IT, with skills in Project Management, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), E-Invoicing, helping companies to be more digital;Experience of several years working on the world's leading Electronic Data Interchange provider, Electronic Invoicing and Data Synchronization Technology companies
