They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies aimed at maximizing sales, enhancing customer experience, and driving overall growth.
Develop and executive comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize sales on a monthly and quarterly basis, through owned & and paid channels.Working with cross-functional teams and agencies to plan and execute platform promotions, plan product launches, and festive sales campaigns.Implement best practices for platform communication and engagement across all touchpoints, working with content, design, and technology teams to street development and execution of content and communication strategies in line with the brand & platform objectives.Work with the analytics team to monitor key performance metrics related to sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer engagement & identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and optimization.Drive CRM & Marketing automation initiatives to nurture customer relationships, drive loyalty, and deliver personalized and targeted communication through multiple touchpoints including email, WhatsApp, and SMS.Developing insights from competitor & industry performance and keeping the wider platform management team up to date with market & seasonal trends.
