We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Director to join our Digital Commerce global team, driving our business growth through the establishment of high-impact partnerships, particularly focusing on B2B e-commerce . The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of managing large-scale projects comparable to industry leaders.Ideally, you will be Amsterdam based, while managing global projects.Strategic Partnership Development:Devise and execute a comprehensive global partnership strategy in alignment with theIdentify, cultivate, and manage high-value partnerships to elevate the brand's globalpresence.Business Development: Lead and execute business development initiatives, with a specific emphasis on B2BeCommerce channels.Spearhead the expansion of the company's market share through strategic alliancesand collaborations.Project Management: Oversee and manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Demonstrate a proven ability to handle projects of a scale and complexity comparableto renowned brands, including premium brands.Global Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders on a global scale.Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with potential partners andclients.Digital Innovation and Analytics: Accelerate the pace of digital innovation, providing high-impact insights to enhancedecision-making across the organization.Oversee (advanced) analytics projects to increase channel profitability.Operational Excellence: Steer business, acquisition, analytics, operations, and technology to offer the best-inclass user experience through continuous redesign.Monitor and oversee the planning and development of eCommerce projects to ensuretargets are met within deadlines.What you'll bring 12 years plus of work experience in eCommerce, with clear and demonstrable P&Lexperience and strong operational rigor Entrepreneurial spirit12 years plus of work experience in eCommerce, with clear and demonstrable P&Lexperience and strong operational rigorDemonstrated success in developing and managing B2B partnership and strategiesExperience of a fast growth, in an international and matrixed corporate environmentConsumer-focused mindsetExperienced in leading ecommerce, tech and analytics teams and roadmapsStrong in structured and logical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, andattention to detailExceptional analytical skills - ability to generate insight from complex analytics andmake digestible to the massesDemonstrated strength in digital optimization on websites, mobiles devices and digitalmarketing vehiclesStrong organizational and process management skillsStrong team building and developer of peopleProven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to getresultsExceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate to thesenior executive levelsProficiency in English is mandatory; Dutch is a good to have but not mandatory.
