For our client in the airline industry, we are looking for Dutch or German speaking Legal Advisers to join a growing team in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for lawyers, legal officers and NEB who have questions regarding passenger rights as well as other service related questions.Your responsibility will include:Contract drafting and review, compliance and risk management.Advising lawyers, legal officers and NEB on legal matters in the airline industry.Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers in accordance with their rights.Proactively identify and resolve complaints and legal issues before cases go to court.What you will get:You will earn an abroad working experience and become more adaptable.
