Dutch Customer Support - Remote

Or, do you live in Lisbon and prefer to work with the team in the office?We have what you are looking for!So, what are we looking for?*Dutch speakers with good commands in English!**Your mission:*- With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of Handling customer requests by answering incoming calls.- Answer to customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a high-quality service is provided.- Providing product and tool support to improve customers' experience.- Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating.*Your profile:*- Dutch fluent or bilingual with good commands in English; - Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel); - Previous experience in customer service is a plus.- Excellent communication skills (you are comfortable communicating with customers using several channels).- Ability to multi-task by working independently, while being a team player.*Our Offer:*- A corporate culture, based on management with values and human DNA.- Initial paid training and employment contract.- Health insurance after 6 months in the company.- Attractive and motivating salary and bonuses (basic salary + meal basket + performance bonus).*Residence in Portugal required.*Job Types: Full-time, Contract
