Description Join our dynamic team as a Consumer Engagement Advisor!  Are you passionate about connecting with consumers and delivering exceptional service?Do you thrive in a remote work environment where flexibility and innovation are at the forefront?If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Requirements Your Responsabilities: You will respond to customers inqueries via written channels (including social media).Encoding internal databases with information about consumers requests and share feature requests and effective workarounds with relevant stakeholders.You need to inform customers about new features, functionalities and campaigns.You will be responsible to follow up the customers processes to ensure their issues are resolved.Redirect consumers questions to appropriate stakeholders.  Your abilities: Native/Fluent Dutch (Mandatory) + Fluent English Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similarExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMulti-tasking abilities and attention to details Offer Base salary: 1000€ Meal Allowance: 7,40€ (per day in a meal card)Language Bonus: 450€ (per month)Engagement and wellbeing activitiesFlex BenefitsCompany laptop and other equipment according to professional needs.Medical Support available at the OfficeContract directly with the client. Schedule: Monday to Friday (8H to 19H - 8H per day)
