After spending the day exploring the city sights, many just steps from the Hotel, we invite you for a seasonally inspired, Michelin-starred gastronomic experience at CURA restaurant.About the roleWe currently have an opportunity for an experienced Director of People and Culture to join our Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon team in Portugal!This role reports to our General Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the Regional Director of People and Culture, and will be responsible for leading the People, Culture, and Learning strategy and execution for the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon; providing People, Culture and Learning support with the overall goal being that the hotel is perceived as the Employer of Choice in your destination.What you will doYou will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel and responsibilities will include championing top talent and actively supporting succession planning, supporting the hotel as a Business Partner, fostering relationships with others as a coach, supporting and driving Corporate People and Culture initiatives, actively supporting recruitment, selection, onboarding and development requirements, evaluating the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives and analyzing compensation and benefits trends to ensure a balance between cost and employee experience
