Descrição Contribute to the development of strategies across different business areas;Lead finance and accounting strategy;Manage finance team;Responsible for cash management, capital requirements, debt, taxation, disposals and acquisitions;Responsible for the financial repors;Budget, forecast, reforecast, P&L;Supervise recruitment and selection;Performance management. Perfil ideal Degree in finance, accounting or similar. MBA would be appreciated;Experience in similar roles;Strong financial knowledge and analytical skills;Excellent leadership and people management skills;Demonstrated ability to drive financial strategy, provide strategic insights and make data-driven recommendations;Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis;Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;Fluency in English;Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment;High level of integrity, ethics and professionalism.
