We use different analytics techniques such as programming skills (Python SQL SAS,R) and our projects require deep understanding of machine learning concepts: regression and classification, clustering, neural networks, feature selection, cross- validation, curse od dimensionality, bias-variance trade-off, model explain ability, etc.Description of the Role:• Manage deliverables, development of the solutions and workstreams on projects across a range of industries• Contribute to and/or develop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value• Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner• Utilize MC infrastructure (Hadoop, Spark) and external data to obtain data from multiple sources, collate, analyze, and triangulate information to develop reliable fact bases• Apply a range of descriptive and/or predictive analytical techniques to rigorously identify client issues and synthesize analysis into clear, sound recommendations;• Share up-to-date developments in ML using the best practices for code sharing, reviewing and collaboration• Support MasterCard Advisors and local market account teams in client relationship management and business development effort, where requiredAll about you:• Undergraduate or master's degree and at least 10 years of work experience• Strong knowledge of probability and statistics, including predictive modeling• Data and analytics experience such as working with data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS) and building, managing, and maintaining database structures• Experience with big data and a solid foundation in managing and analyzing large datasets and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence• Experience delivering and managing data projects or leading small data science/analytics teams• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing• Proven team player with proven ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment• Professional level English language capability• Desirable experience working with payments / transactions / card data is a plus, although not mandatory Corporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach, andComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.About Us Everyone wants easier ways to pay;we invent them.Checkout lines are slow;we speed them along.Merchants want more sales;we give them data and insights.People need financial access;we connect them.Corporate purchasing is complicated;we make it simple.Commuters are busy;we speed them on their way.we help create them.Small businesses are virtual;we give them access to a world of buyers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
