This program aims to develop global modern products to be rolled-out within the entire group in the coming years.As part of the program, the Devices Product line defines an innovative vision and strategy for the usage, coordination and implementation in all of AXA entities of Modern Workplace devices, (Windows, Mac, Mobile) including Virtual Desktop, while insuring legacy transition.In this Product Line, activities that are either cross Products or internal to the Service Line organization, are supported by a Transversal Project Manager.The Transversal Operations Delivery lead provides executive support to the Modern Devices Executive Manager in the product line transversal operational management aspects such as :Product Line GovernanceProduct Line Strategic plan stir and follow upBudget managementProject Portfolio managementTransversal and upper management reportingTransversal Transformation initiatives (i.e. Mozart implementation…)…To this objective, he/she may :Driving Governance Meetings within the Product line, incl. agenda preparation, facilitation, taking minutes and actions, follow-upPrepare any type of communication for the Modern Devices Executive manager inside and outside the Product LinePrepare/ review/ challenge inputs/ for presentations to governance boardsAct as single point of contact for non-product related demands entering the Product LinePlan, prepare and follow-up on key calendar events and recurring meetings of the Product Line (e.g. All hands meetings, team off-sites, etc.)Filter and help in prioritizing issues and requests, deal with them where appropriate and/or redirect them to team members as requiredRepresent the Product Line in some committees when needed and ensure follow-upManage a consolidated view of the budget of the departments and liaise with FinanceManage and monitor an extensive list of actions of the scope inlc.
