At Savoy Signature, we are seeking a skilled Digital Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team within our esteemed hotel chain. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and implementing various digital marketing initiatives, focusing on events and campaign promotions, social media management, website administration and supporting paid advertising and data analysis.Key Responsibilities:- Social Media Management: Curate and manage social media content calendars, engage with audiences, monitor trends, and implement strategiesto enhance the hotel chain's social media presence;- Website Management: Collaborate with web development teams to ensure the hotel chain's websites are up-to-date, user-friendly,and optimized for search engines (SEO);- Content Management: content and mood board creation including editing and layout definition.- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, commercial and sales to align digital strategieswith overall business objectives;- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement,and conversions across multiple platforms;- Paid Campaign Management: Support supervising paid campaigns, such as Google Ads, display ads, and other digital initiatives;- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare detailed reportsto assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.What you need to succeed:Qualifications and experience- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;- Written and spoken English: (limited) working proficiency;- Proven experience (3 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and media plan;- Strong understanding of SEO principles and website management;- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment;- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Preferred Skills- Experience in the hospitality industry;- Certifications in digital marketing or near fields;- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to extract insights and optimize campaigns;- Experience in MarTech tools as Asana, Canva, Jira, Miro, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and other.What Savoy Signature offers you:- Opportunity to join a renowned and expanding business group;- Access to social advantages and benefits in force within the Group;- Health Insurance;To apply, send your Curriculum Vitae accompanied by a cover letter and photograph, indicating the position you are applying for, to the email: ****** considered candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
