In collaboration with both sales and R&D, the Digital Marketing Manager will need to become an expert on our target market, its various buyer personas, and their business challenges.General Marketing ResponsibilitiesWork with our teams to map out how our software solves clients, both current and prospective, challenges.Researching ideal target customers and mapping out competitor suppliers in those accounts,Collaborate with sales to help buyers through their journey and to accelerate deals through the pipeline,Understand our various buyer personas and develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with them,Develop a variety of content, including marketing materials, website content, ROI models, videos, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, success stories, blog posts, etc.Assist in the development of marketing plans for our target market and execute campaigns in collaboration with the rest of the marketing teamManaging external marketing suppliers,Planning, creating, and running digital events or physical events participation, including webinars and conferencesOwning customer quarterly business reviews to maximise the benefit of those meetings to create value for the business and our customersDigital Marketing ResponsibilitiesExecute database, email, social media marketing campaigns.Perform competitive keyword analysis, review and recommend changes to our list of target keywords.Build and maintain our social media presence.Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals at the account level,Propose new and creative growth strategies.Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels.Evaluate emerging account-based marketing technologies.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:4+ years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role2+ years of software product marketing or product management (preferred)Self-motivated and driven personality with the curiosity to learnExceptional writing skills with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audienceStrong understanding of website technologies required.Experience with marketing automation toolsDemonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaignsExpertise in LinkedIn marketing and ABM is a strong bonusHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and mobiliseExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Hubspot).Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Well versed in marketing funnel reporting and industry KPIs, such as website analytics, MQLs, SQLs, conversion ratios, and ROIAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, account-based marketing, and measurement.Fluent in English.
