BOOST IT. DOING IT. BETTER Tasks Centralized management of Windows configurations, policies, and profiles. Preparation of packages for remote software installation across the computer fleet. 3rd-line support for diagnosing and resolving complex configuration issues within the computer fleet, liaising with other teams and/or suppliers. Management and administration of support software and monitoring for the computer fleet. Tracking new technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Providing advisory support to the Help Desk team (1st line) or DTM (2nd line) whenever new technologies/solutions are adopted within the computer fleet. Requirements Hard skills: Experience in the tasks indicated above. Advanced knowledge of the most popular operating systems, especially Windows 10, Edge, and Office applications. Knowledge of Office 365 from the perspective of managing and configuring the computer fleet. Experience in administering OUs/GPOs for users and computers. Valued knowledge in: Vmware Horizon (VDIs). Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions. HCL BigFIX or other software distribution solutions. Basic networking. Security, in terms of Windows and Browser configurations. B2 English level. Profile: Good organizational skills and ability to work in teams. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Critical thinking and attention to detail.
