Job DescriptionAs a subject matter expert in Continental AG's Group Security team, the job holder will:
Plan, conduct and execute internal investigations virtually and on-site with the focus on information and trade secret protection, cybercrime activities such as successful espionage, hacking, malware, or ransomware attacks or violations of IT-related company policies that might have an impact on the entire group or can cause significant damage to the company.Advise on investigation findings and/or mitigation measures.Write and align investigation protocols and final investigation reports.Ensure compliance with all rules and laws within the framework of special investigations.Support other Group Security investigators globally to ensure four-eyes principle or to balance resources with internal investigations on misuse of company property and theft, sabotage and vandalism, organized crime, physical and psychological harm, (sexual) harassment, or discrimination.Participate in projects with international team members and collaborate in corporate crisis and emergencies situations.

QualificationsCompleted studies or master's degree in security management, IT forensics, informaticsKnowledge of investigative implications of hardware, operating systems, and network technologies in a corporate environmentFamiliarity of forensic analysis methods and open-source intelligenceRelevant professional experience preferably in a corporate security environment with focus on investigations and IT forensics (will be a plus)Confident handling of MS Office programsBusiness fluent language skills in English (at least B2); further language(s) beneficialVery good intercultural competenceStrong communication skills and ability to work in international teamsExperience in interdisciplinary work, collaboration with investigating authorities, crisis managementHigh level of empathy and assertivenessWillingness for international business tripsCompany DescriptionContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
