Job Description Customer Support with German (Remote work in North Portugal) Rotational shifts Start date: 22/05/2024 About the project: As a Customer Support Advisor, your mission will be to assist our customers with the management of rental car reservations, potential cancellations, and billing and payment issues. Your future project is a company that provides rent-a-car services in Portugal and more than 70 countries and territories. What you will be doing: Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
