You will help us process support requests from our consumer and business customers, and act as an interface between customers and the internal support organization.Your responsibilities and goalsIdentify customer issues and resolve them proactively, quickly and effectively.Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social mediaProvide product/service information, recommendations, and instructionsMonitor and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and efficient customer supportIdentifying opportunities to win back customers and actively seeking to strengthen customer relationshipsSkilled customer and internal communication and coordinationProvide technical analysis of software related challengesProactively contribute ideas, innovations, and solutionsClear customer orientation with a focus on proactively supporting customers with their concerns and problemsUnderstanding customer needs and responding to them effectivelyReliability, high sense of responsibility, independent and conscientious way of workingSuccessfully completed apprenticeship or ongoing studies/training in an IT fieldExperience in a support organisation or in customer service is an advantageAnalytical approach to solving problemsFluent EnglishGerman is Advantage.What we offerDSwiss is a socially competent and innovative team with open-door mentality.Personal responsibility, independence and the possibility to create value.Develop, learn and contribute within a highly talented and experienced team.Based in Lisbon with occasional travel to Switzerland.Attractive terms and conditions, including a hybrid work model in Lisbon city center.25 days of vacation.Access to health insurance and additional perks.Work model: Hybrid in Lisbon.Sounds like your fit?
