We're searching for skilled 100% Remote Customer Success Managers / Account Managers in Portugal to become part of our international IT consulting teamRequired skills:+3 year of work experience as a project manager or account manager on IT Consulting or software development environmentPositive and negative IT project management experienceKnowledge of principles of Agile software development and methodologiesExperience in running multiple IT projects simultaneously, time management and prioritizing skillsUnderstanding of principles of resource management and team interaction, partner with customers and production team members to align project goals and objectives.Experience in customer relationships buildingExperience in IT services sales, drafting proposals as well as contract negotiations with customersStrategic thinking and able to solve long term difficultiesKnowledge in Jira, Confluence or other agile toolsGreat command of English, for both speaking and e-mailingAdvanced level of English is a mustJob responsibilities:Facilitating work of account teams: tasks within the process of account managementExecuting account plans and meeting account targets as well as overseeing this processBuilding and developing customer relationships, customer expectations management and negotiationsGrowing business with existing clients.
