Detailed description: Responsible for the oversight of quality related matters for the respective Customer Group(s) and/or manufacturing plants. Serves as the primary customer quality interface and is responsible for meeting annual quality commitments. Serves as a liaison with other departments to insure Customer quality requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled, and quality/warranty issues are resolved in a timely manner.
