We're currently looking for a full time Dutch-speaking Customer Communications Expert for our growing Customer Communications Team. Our office is in the heart of Lisbon but working from home is a possibility.

Responsibilities :
You are the main person of contact for our Dutch speaking customers. You answer requests via phone, email, chat and social media. You help to build-up our proactive customer care environment. You take over your own projects and are responsible for planning, execution and reporting. Requirements You are a strong communicator. You speak Dutch at a native level. You have business proficiency in English. You are passionate about food. You have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy. You have good writing skills. You are hands-on, and have attention to detail. You have a strong desire to learn and are not afraid to instantly apply new knowledge.
