If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Recruitment team,where you could lead end-to-end recruitment for WTW.The RoleWe are looking for Cross-Segment Recruiter fluent in Frenchto be based in Portugal or Spain, who will be responsible for managing and supporting WTW's recruitment efforts across all our lines of business in the CEEMEA region.This will include specific assignment management for juniorlevel positions all the way up to senior roles.What the role looks like:Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned job openings, from internal approval processes to candidate management, to interview process and feedbackPartner with hiring managers to establish hiring requirements and overall recruiting strategy for a search and work seamlessly with Recruiting, Business and HR teams to executeSource candidates based upon a broad-based strategy with a focus on direct sourcingScreen candidates against specific selection criteria, complete written evaluations and share with hiring teamConfidently articulate our competitive offer, manage offer extension, and effectively close candidatesSupport the onboarding of new hiresChampion inclusion and diversity to ensure that the very best talent, irrespective of age/sex/ethnicity etc, are recruitedThe RequirementsAbout you!Fluent oral and written communication skills in French and EnglishMinimum of 5 years' experience of successful corporate full life cycle recruiting experience for a professional services firm; experience working for an HR consulting firm is a major plusExpertise in candidate attraction, management, and assessmentExperience with applicant tracking systems and assessment toolsStrong client relationship and team skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectivelyProven success working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and self sufficientStrong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverablesDemonstrable success leveraging direct sourcing strategies and tools is critical to the role to be successfulWhat do we offer?Attractive compensation packageHybrid or Remote workingWorking in a very open and friendly multicultural teamDevelopment opportunitiesEqual Opportunity Employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
