The purpose of the role is to: Create and manage contact lists, bonuses and campaigns; Create email marketing templates; Manage automatic sending; Configuration and automation of CRM cycles; Monitoring player lifestages and follow-up reports; CRM cycle reports; Report on communications sent You need to be/have: Good knowledge og English- written and spoken (B2); Professional experience in this role or similar; Degree in Marketing/ Management/ Informatics/ Engineering or similar; Knowledge of CRM (conversion, retention and reactivation indicators);Critical and analytical sense;Advanced knowledge of Excel;Experience in web product management (Valued);Experience in the Gaming area (Valued).
