Avincis has bases in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Norway, Sweden and Finland, as well as operations in Mozambique and Chile.We are currently looking for a Crew Training Manager in Salemas, Loures (Portugal).Responsabilities:Establishing and implementing the flight crew check programme.Cordinate all matters relating to flight operational standards, regulations, provisions and training in cordination with the Director of Flight Operations.Establish training programmes, Manuals and check forms for all necessary training and checks in cooperation with the Director of Flight Operations.Establishing the professional prerequisites regarding the work, training and updating of flight crew members in cooperation with the Director of Flight Operations and the Chief Pilot.Examining the professional qualifications of candidates and recommending or discouraging their hiring to the Director of Flight Operations .? Minimum requirementsThe person responsible for the formation and training of flight personnel must fulfil the following requirements:Hold a valid airline pilot's licence, with the qualifications inherent to the type, class and/or performance of the aircraft used by the operator.Maintain a valid CRI/TRI or CRE/TRE qualification in any type/class of aircraft used by the operator.Have a minimum of three years' professional experience in a similar role with an AOC operator; or 1,000 flying hours as a pilot in commercial air transport operations on aircraft of the type, class or performance of the aircraft used by the operator.Have completed a nominated postholder training course.Have completed a course in aeronautical legislation in the parts relevant to the performance of the duties and which also covers the special authorisations contained in the operator's AOC.The requirements set out in points 1) and 2)of the previous paragraph are waived if the operator appoints a deputy responsible for the education and training of flight personnel who holds a valid airline transport or commercial pilot's licence and maintains a valid CRI/TRI or CRE/TRE qualification on any type/class of aircraft used by the operator.What do we offer?Full-time permanent contract.Immediate incorporation.Private medical insurance.Personal accident insurance.Competitive remuneration package.Flexible working hours.You can apply for this job by sending your CV and aeronautical documentation by email to: ******.
