Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering). Proven experience as a Product Lead or Director, with a track record of successful product launches and continuous improvements. Expertise in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
