Your key responsibilitiesAs Manager in Corporate Strategy, at EY Parthenon, your will have the following responsibilities:Lead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high quality outputs;Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels;Drive business development by preparing client meetings and project proposals and proactively seeking and identifying new project opportunities;Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all phases and aspects of strategy development and implementation;Deliver a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products sufficient to drive additional and repeated engagements;Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, portfolio optimization, etc;Effectively manage diverse and international teams, maintaining the work life balance and promoting EY-Parthenon culture and values;Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support their personal and professional growth and fit to the team;Lead marketing and promotional efforts to further boost brand presence and awareness;Actively support recruitment efforts in identifying and selecting future team members. To qualify for the role, you must haveAcademic bachelor or master;5-7 years of experience, including in strategic consulting;Project management skills: Delivery structure and conclusions, completion of demanding plans, management and coordination of team members and management of the relationship with the client and heads of other departments; Commercial skills to identify new customers and opportunities; Full Portuguese and English Proficiency; Availability to work in Portugal and abroad.
