Corporate / M&A - Junior Lawyer

Our client is a professional Law Firm in Portugal. They are currently seeking a talented Junior Associate to join the Corporate / M& A department. This lawyer will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team with an outlined career progression plan.About the Job:Active collaboration in the Corporate / M& A department:Must have xperience with mergers and acquisitions transactions, substantial drafting experience, be able to lead closings and handle diligence for deals. Experiencing servicing public and private companies, private equity and other financial sponsors, boards of directors and special committees, and financial advisors is also appreciated. The candidate responsibilities include deals and transactions as well as the day to day contacts, housekeeping and advisory work involved with running an international concern.About the Candidate: A law degree from a Portuguese University; Registration withthe Portuguese Bar Association; At least 1-3 years professional experience in the relevant area (Corporate Law); Fluency in English; Flexibility, dynamism and versatility.#J-18808-Ljbffr
