Corporate Counsel: We are seeking a business-oriented attorney with corporate and transactional legal experience to join our team. The primary focus is to advise on US corporate and securities matters, including public company regulations, corporate secretary and governance matters, subsidiary and legal entity management, and transactional support to stakeholders such as Global Tax, Treasury, Indirect Procurement and others.
How You Will Make a Difference:  Support the Assistant Corporate Secretary on corporate governance and implementing the team's strategyBuild strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to better support the business with their legal needs and minimizing risk for the companyProvide legal advice and guidance to business leaders on matters of corporate law.
