Corporate Affairs Senior Associate LIVE What you will do This role will be a key member of ACCP Corporate Affairs team supporting the planning, execution, and measurement of Amgen's corporate affairs strategy across internal and external channels. This role will report to ACCP Corporate Affairs Lead and work with other stakeholders to create and distribute compelling content that showcases Amgen's mission, values, culture, innovation, and ESG framework. The Corporate Affairs Senior Associate will also monitor and moderate corporate affairs trends, respond to inquiries, and raise issues as needed.
The responsibilities of the role will include:Identify and support the deployment of engaging and relevant business content for internal and external communications channels.Network and collaborate with teams, leaders, and functions to amplify the Amgen narrative through effective Corporate Affairs tactics and channels.Develop an Editorial Schedule to publish, monitor, and analyze communication outcomes and results.Work closely with HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment, mainly on DI&B and Employer Branding initiatives and activities.Track and report on key performance indicators, such as reach, engagement, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Support capability and connectivity across different teams by supporting the execution of business meetings and a regular cadence of staff engagement events and activities.Contribute to the continuous improvement of ACCP internal and external communications in support of Amgen´s brand and reputation with big focus on ESG and Employer Branding.Stay abreast of corporate affairs trends, standard processes, and emerging platforms, and propose new and innovative ways to use the work across Operations in support of Amgen's brand and reputation.What we expect of you Our ideal candidate is a great teammate with a customer focus, problem-solving and result-oriented attitude.
