To strengthen our B2B sales team in Lisbon or Porto, we are looking for a proactive and dedicated B2B Sales Manager (all genders). You will be managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to signature, providing access to our unique benefits as a company perk to companies within the Portuguese market.Join our team and help us inspire people to lead active and healthy lives.Your responsibilities Own and drive the entire sales process from lead generation to signature, including prospecting, discovery, qualifying, nurturing, negotiation, and closingUse data analysis tools (e.g. CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to research and contact prospects within your assigned marketAttend exhibitions and local events to grow your network of key decision-makers and C-level executives in the HR industryHandle discovery and qualifying, introduce Corporate and Enterprise prospects to our B2B offering, and create proposalsNurture, negotiate, and close deals and ensure a smooth transition to our Onboarding / Growth team What you need to succeed You have gained extensive experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targetsYou have knowledge of B2B and sales technologies (CRM, engagement automation, lead generation)You communicate clearly and convincingly in PortugueseAs our company language is English, you'll need good English skills to collaborate with your internal stakeholdersYou have developed expert knowledge of current best practices for business development strategies You are able to work independently as well as cooperate and communicate in a team environment Our offer to you We're working in hybrid mode offering you flexibility to work onsite and from homeWorkOUT Life Balance: 30 days paid vacation per year, flexible working hours, free access to our Employee Assistance Program, plus up to 3 months of remote working from anywhere in the EU, desk swap policy allowing additional remote working time from our other European officesRegular team events and other initiatives helping employees to stay productive, healthy and engaged during hybrid modePersonal development perks including an annual budget for books and online trainings, regular internal trainings, German and English language classesA free Urban Sports Club L Pro Membership
