The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS' eCommerce platform and services.This collaborative environment will provide the capabilities required for HUGO BOSS to maximise data usage and support its growth trajectory towards becoming the leading premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide.What you will do Take charge of distinct project components as an Intern, from AI training to creating performance reports and conducting quality assessments of our current conversational interfacesYou will learn with your hands-on about dialogue design, NLU, Generative AI implementation, persona development, and content strategy by continuously iterating and refining conversational interfaces based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysisBe an ally to the organization's user-centric approach by working with structured tools and databases What you will bring Completed Bachelor's degree in preferably, but not limited to, social sciences and languages.Fulltime availability.Proficiency in English.Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills with extra attention to detail.Basics of Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.Analytical and problem-solving mindset.Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn.
