Also, collaborate with corporate Quality Team on strategic initiatives.Your Mission Have overall responsibility and accountability for the key aspects of Quality and CI (Continuous Improvement) function, including direct management of quality & manufacturing engineers and quality control associateManage the Quality Management System and the respective programs tied to it. Ensure compliance with safety & environmental regulatory and corporate standards. Act as liaison for regulatory compliance agencies (that is, OSHA, ISO, ASME, PED, ATEX)Establish appropriate improvement strategies to optimize resources & processes based on the nature of opportunities in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs and safety to meet defined KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)Monitor & evaluate monthly KPI performance metrics to ensure that organizational objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency and quality are met. Own, manage and report various KPIs/Improvement projects at factory level in CI and Quality databaseLead and drive a culture of continuous process improvement throughout the organization. Promote and manage Lean and WCM (World Class Manufacturing) initiativesOversee customer complains resolution portal, ensuring customer's complains are addressed satisfactorily. Leading & collaborating with various departments in deriving effective solution to address product quality issuesOversee incoming material inspection department, managing supplier quality scorecard and resolving raw material quality issuesYour Profile Bachelors/Masters degree inIndustrial, mechanical, electronics, engineering or operations/businessadministration managementExperience working in Qualityand Continuous improvement preferably in a product/Process orientedoperations and/or related industry8 or more years of relevantexperience is preferredWCM experience is mandatoryLean manufacturing expertiseAttitude to perceive addedvalues from a cost/quality/time perspective#J-18808-Ljbffr
